Joseph Nyandwi

Joseph NYANDWI, MD, DES (Nephrology), Msc (Immunology) is an Associate Professor at the University of Burundi in the Faculty of Medicine. He is also a General Manager of the National Public Health Insitute, a Head of National Commission of Science Technology and Innovation, and a Head of the Board of National ethics Committee.

The area of research of Pr NYANDWI Joseph is focused on renal kidney diseases, and other diseases (autoimmune diseases, diabetes, hypertension and malaria) which have a negative impact of the renal functional, and for a better understanding of the immunological mechanism those diseases on the occurrence of glomerular disease.
