Our PhD Fellow, Kelly Joelle GATORE SINIGIRIRA got the OWSD PhD Fellowships award 2022.

Our PhD Fellow, Kelly Joelle GATORE SINIGIRIRA is among twenty-two women from the developing world who have been awarded OWSD PhD Fellowships, supporting them to pursue their PhDs in STEM subjects at institutions across the Global South. She will be on Sandwich fellowship at University of Johannesburg in South Africa. Her PhD project focuses on modelling the effects of climate change in malaria transmission dynamics in Burundi.
